In today’s world, there is no dearth of data and information, but to have the in-depth knowledge in a particular field takes a lot of effort and time in understanding the information and data available. To be able to guide a student in the right field based on his/her interests and credentials requires the correct knowledge. That’s what an expert career counsellor does, specialises in the field, understands the requirements of the student and guides him/her in the correct career path. So it is essential that career counselling is handled by experts in the field.
Career counselling is a step towards a exordinary success. Once career counselling is done candidate will actually know about themseleves clearly.. Inner mind starts working in the right direction.
So before taking a big decisions for their life.. I strongly recommend everyone should take .

The core objective of career counselling is to get a clarity and affirmation on what a candidate thinks about future. This means that there is an opportunity and need for someone who can provide a perspective towards the choices a candidate envisions to make. C. Helps you gain insights about your abilities and potential

What matters is a skill in any activity or task you perform, I as a Career Counsellor would be able to understand the personality trait of an individual were i have obtained skills about understanding the personality traits of a human being.
As all fingers are not the same every human being has different likes and dislikes in what he would do and what he would not like to do. So its important for people to understand the importance of why career counseling can be done by Career Counsellors only
why such question is raised? That is the most unfortunate situation.
So if we have heart ailment and want to repair our heart....do we go to carpenter?
